Swivel vibrating tables for the production of precast concrete structures
- Customer pickup,
- In detail
The main type of equipment in any production of precast concrete structures are rotary vibrating tables. Equipping production with swivel or tiltable vibrating tables is an excellent investment in versatile equipment, both for a large plant producing hundreds of thousands of square meters of housing, and for a small enterprise just starting its journey on the market.
A wide range of reinforced concrete elements can be produced on tables:
- three - layer exterior wall panels;
- internal wall panels;
- flat floor slabs;
- FBS blocks;
- diaphragm stiffness;
- flights of stairs;
- elements of elevator shafts, etc.
The tilting vibration tables are made in the form of a stable profile welded structure. Stiffness in the longitudinal direction is provided by a thick - walled steel profile, which is a kind of stiffening rib of the table. In the transverse direction, the table is reinforced with steel wing - shaped profiles, which are securely welded to the main rib.
The table is mounted on a hinged frame, fixed to the base, and can be rotated on an axis using telescopic cylinders, thereby facilitating the removal of the formwork.
The table surface is covered with high quality sheet steel 10 mm thick and sanded. The PBS company manufactures table surfaces from European steels of the DOMEX / SSAB brands, due to the highest quality, ease of subsequent operation and maintenance of such surfaces. The permissible deviation from the plane is 1.5 mm by 3 meters of the measured length in the lowered state. The permissible load per square meter of the table surface is up to 1000 kg. Each table can be optionally equipped with a Wacker Neusson concrete compaction system for first - class quality and durability.
For heat treatment of the molded product, the vibrating table has a thermal circuit located directly under the table surface. Steam, hot water from the heating system or heated oil can be used as a heat carrier.
Description and Specifications
The quality of the produced reinforced concrete element is based, first of all, on the observance of the correct compaction technology for freshly laid concrete. Vibrating tables are equipped with external vibrators from Wacker Neuson - a recognized leader in vibration technology.
The vibrators are located on the table in such a way as to exclude the possibility of unsealed areas on the products. Each vibrator is connected to the frequency converter separately and independently of the others. It is possible to adjust the frequency and amplitude of vibration on each vibrator separately. In case of failure of the vibrator, it can be easily replaced without affecting the work of others.
The compaction process is fully automated and controlled by a radio remote control.
If necessary, it is possible to equip the table with additional stationary folding boards on the lateral planes. This solution will allow a more economical use of removable side equipment with magnets. As standard, the vibrating table is offered with a fixed bottom board with a height of up to 400 mm.
When stripping, the side boards must be folded back to free the product before demoulding.
Telescopic cylinders and a split flow pump station ensure perfect synchronization and reliability.
